SUBJECT: FORTHCOMMING EGM 8.10.08

With regard to the forthcoming EGM the executive committee of Cheshire County Ladies Golf Association invited representatives (Ruth Whitehead – Chairman EWGA Operational Board and Carolyn Baker Non Executive Director of EWGA Management Board) to give us their views on the current situation within the Management Board.

Having listened to their presentations we suggest that the best way forward would be for EWGA to seek immediate independent mediation.

Hopefully this would negate the need for the proposed EGM.

The Cheshire County Executive Committee urge you to support this alternative pathway.
